At PC Simple UK, we pride ourselves on charging the same rate for both business and residential customers.
Our work is divided into 2 categories: onsite and offsite labour. Our rate structure is very simple in an effort to provide our customers with all of the information they need to make an informed decision before they select us as their computer repair provider.
Parts and accessories
Since all accessories, parts, and software are custom ordered, there is no set price for these items.
All necessary items are quoted before purchase, and we generally require at least 75% down on major orders for any kind of parts or software. However, this is all negotiated on a per-job basis.
